TANSUG’s
quality principles are being approved
by International Standards
Organization (ISO). Famous among the
Turkish SMEs by its corporate social
responsibility as well as its vision
of quality, Tansuğ initiated the ISO
consultancy process with a training
course about “quality and the
importance of the client”, targeting
the blue-collar personnel. The
training course took place in a very
interactive environment and the
personnel has been explained the
critical importance of keeping a
customer satisfied, no matter what
one’s position in the company is. ISO
training will focus on TANSUG’s major
areas of specialization “ industrial
contracting”, “ pressure vessels” and
“solar thermal systems “
manufacturing.

Mr. Tansug explained that quest
for perfection will not be limited to
acquiring an ISO, but that the next project
will be getting a “KEYMARK” for solar thermal
systems, a third-party certification mark,
demonstrating to users and consumers
compliance of products with the requirements
of the relevant CEN/CENELEC Standard(s). |
